忍冬蘑菇的成份测定与药理研究

摘　　要：目的：主要研究忍冬藤菇的有效成份和药理作用。方法：通过形态学鉴定、药理成份分析、药理和毒理实验等方面进行研究。结果：从该菌中测得微量元素23种，氨基酸16种和大量多糖，硅元素含量丰富。实验证实本菌有抗病毒、抗炎作用，对Hela细胞有毒性，对S180瘤细胞有抑制作用，毒性低，LD50＞2009／kg，未发现副作用。结论：忍冬藤菇具有抗炎、抗病毒、抗肿瘤以及免疫调节作用。In order to research the effective ingredients of honey-suckle stem mushroom and exploit its pharmacology value,the authors have carried out the fungus' morphological appraisal, ingredient analyses, pharmacological and toxicological tests etc. The results are as follows:There are 23 kinds of trace elements, 16 kinds of aminoacides,affluent silicon inpredient and much amount polysaccharides etc. By the experiments, this fungus have the apparent effects of anti-virus and anti-inflammation, the toxicity to Hela cells,and the inhibition to S180 turner cells. So we think that the honey-suckle stem mushroom has many pharmacological effects such as anti-virus and inflammation,anti-tumor and immune regulation etc.
