91例第一、二肋骨骨折与闭合性胸部损伤临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨第一、二肋骨骨折与闭合性胸部损伤的关系。方法：对我院自1985年8月至1997年8月收治的91例合并第一、二肋骨骨折的闭合性胸外伤病人进行分析。结果；胸廓出口部位大血管神经损伤者6例（6．60％），肺挫伤53例（58．24％），合并多系统损伤者44例（48．35％）。结论：第一、二肋骨骨折为严重闭合性胸部损伤的标志之一，应受到临床高度重视。Aim and Method:In order to indicate the relation between the first and/or second rib fractures and closed chest trauma,an analysis of gi patients,who were admitted to our hospital from August 1985 to August 1997, was performed.Results: There were 6 cases (6.60%) with injuries of great vessels and nerves around thoracic outlet,53 cases (58. 24%) with pulmonary contusion,and 44 cases(48. 35%) complicated with multiple-system injuries. Conclusion:The first and/or second rib fractures can be considered as one of the symbols of severe closed chest trauma,and should be paid great attention to it.
