摘 要:目的:了解不同孕期及产后妇女血中单胺类物质含量的动态变化并探讨其作用和意义。方法:用荧光分光光度法测定孕产妇血中单胺类物质的含量。结果:去甲肾上腺素(NE)从孕中期起持续升高并显著高于孕早期和正常非孕妇女(P<0.05),于产后1周达高峰;多巴胺(DA)从孕中期显著升高后逐渐回落,产后第2周降至正常非孕水平;5-羟色胺(5-HT)也从孕中期开始升高,产后第1周达高峰,第2周趋于正常。结论:这三种单胺类缩、舒血管物质参与了子宫在整个妊娠、分娩及产后恢复过程中的一系列适应性变化.从而保证了宫内胎儿的正常发育、娩出及产后子宫康复的需要。Objective:To study the changes of plasma level of monoamines in normalpregnant (NP) women and parturients during different gestations and postpartum. Methods:Using fluorescence spectrophotometry, we determined the contents of plasmamonoamines in NP and parturients. Results: (1) The concentrations of norepinephrine(NE) of NP from the 2nd trimester were increased with advance of gestational weeksand were markedly higher than the 1st trimester and normal nonpregnant(NNP) womenand were the highest in the 1st week after delivery; (2)The concentrations of dopamines(DA) were markedly increased in the 2nd trimester and then were decreased and returned to that in NNP during the 1st week of postpartum; (3)The concentrations of 5-hydroxytryptanine (5-HT)were markedly increased in the 3rd trimester and were thehighest in the 1st week after delivery. Conclusin:NE,DA and 5-HT participated in theadaptations of uterine strutures and functions during pregnancy and delivery.
