长期住院慢性精神分裂症病人的康复护理与功能护理对照研究

摘　　要：为防止、延缓长期住院慢性精神分裂症病人的社会退缩及精神衰退，笔者对长期住院慢性精神分裂症病人进行了康复与传统的功能制护理对照研究，采用护士用住院病人观察量表（NOSIE）评定。结果显示，长期的康复护理对病人的社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁方面有明显改善，与对照组有显著性差异（P＜0.01，P＜0．05，P＜0．05）。To prevent and delay the mental deterioration and social disability of thelong-term hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia, the authors have carrisd outa control study between rehabilitation (experimental group )and functional or traditionalnursing (control group) on these 48 cases, using Nurses' Observation scale for In-patient Evaluation (NOSIE)to analyse. The conclusions are that there are significant differences in social ability,social interest and self-cleaning of patients between the abovementioned groups (P<0. 01, P<0. 05, P<0. 05,respectively).
