摘  要:采用多种诊断方法,对2008年以来湖北省多个地区新引进育肥肉牛呼吸道传染病进行了病原学研究。患牛病理变化主要集中在肺部,轻者可见肺局部肉样变,严重者可见肺广泛分布干酪样或化脓性坏死灶。将肺坏死组织制作石蜡切片,显微镜观察发现,肺组织表现为坏死性肺炎,未见典型的结核结节。实验室病原检测项目包括:支原体培养鉴定,PCR检测与目的基因测序鉴定;细菌分离鉴定;牛结核检测;泰勒虫血涂片检测与PCR检测等。最终确定该新发呼吸道传染病为牛支原体(Mycoplasma bovis)肺炎。同时,环形泰勒虫混合感染与细菌继发感染率很高,使病情复杂化。通过药敏试验发现,不同牛场分离的牛支原体最敏感药物为环丙沙星,其次为左氟沙星、四环素。文中还对该病的综合防治提供了合理的建议。The etiologic agent was identified by using several diagnostic methods for a novel infectious respiratory disease in the feedlot cattle in Hubei Province which were newly imported from other parts of China since 2008. The gross pathological examination for the diseased cattle demonstrated that the lesions were mainly localized in lung ranging from local bronchopneumonia to extensive caseonecrotic bronchopneumonia or suppurative bronchopneumonia. The histopathological observation of lung paraffin section after HE stain confirmed that the lesion was necrotic bronchopneumonia other than the typical tubercles caused by Mycobacterium boris. The pathogen tests included mycoplasma culture and specific gene identification by PCR and sequencing; bacterial culture; Mycobacteriurn boris stain and culture and the antibody test, Theileria sp detection with the blood smear observation and PCR. Consequently, the etiological agent of this novel respiratory infectious disease was determined to be Mycoplasrna boris and thus this disease was designated as infectious Mycoplasma boris pneumonia. Meanwhile,high prevalence of T. annulata and bacterial infection complicated this disease. According to the drug susceptibility test, the most sensitive drug for the Mycoplasma boris isolates from the different farms was ciprofloxacin, followed by levofloxacin and tetracycline. In addition, the paper provided suggestion for prevention and control of this new disease by using combined strategies.
