摘 要:研究了攀西干旱河谷6a生的四季杨和南抗杨在旱季和湿季叶片的光合特性,结果表明:四季杨和南抗杨的光补偿点约为66.20μmol/(m2.s),光饱和点为1300μmol/(m2.s);两杨树品种在旱季和雨季的净光合速率的日变化曲线均呈双峰型,具有典型的光合"午睡"现象,蒸腾速率的日变化曲线为单峰型。通径系数分析表明,影响四季杨净光合速率的主要因子是空气相对湿度和气孔导度,而影响南抗杨的主要因子是胞间CO2浓度和空气相对湿度。The photosynthetic characteristics of evergreen poplar and Nankang poplars with 6-year old on dry season and rainy season in Panxi dry valley had been studied. The result showed that the light compensation point of evergreen poplar and Nankang poplars was about 66.20 μ mol/(m · s) and the light saturation point was around 1 300/μ mol/(m^2 · s). The curve of diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate for two poplar verities was demonstrated two peaks in clear day both in dry season and rainy season with a clear depression at noon. The diurnal changes curve of temperature (Ta) of two poplar cultivars showed single peak. The path coefficient analysis indicated that the relative humidity (RH) and the stomatal conductance (Cs) are the most important direct factors to influence the changes of net photosynthetic rate for ever-green poplar, and the relative humidity (RH) and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) are the important factors for Nankang poplar.
