摘　　要：介绍国内外注塑机节电控制系统的发展情况及注塑机变频调速原理,并设计出以电机控制专用单片机80C196MC和型号为PM20CSJ060的智能功率模块(IPM)为核心的变频调速器。最后探讨了针对定量泵及电机本身存在的缺陷的软件补偿措施。This paper introduces the development of energy -saving control system of domestic and overseas injection molding machines and the principle of speed - regulating method by changing frequency. Based on 80C196MC, which tailors for motor control and IPM PM2OCSJ060, a transducer is designed. This paper also discusses on the way of software compensation to solve the problems caused by constant pump and motor.
