摘　　要：目的:观察祛瘀汤在降低药物流产不全流产率、缩短阴道出血时间等方面的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组,对照组30例常规服用药流药物,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加服祛瘀汤,胎囊排出后继服5天。结果:2组完全流产率、阴道出血时间、阴道出血量、尿HCG转阴率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;2组月经恢复时间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:祛瘀汤能降低药物流产不全流产率、缩短阴道出血时间、减少出血量,且对月经的恢复无不良影响。Objective:To observe the effect of Quyu Decoction(QD)on de- creasing incomplete abortion rate and shortening vaginal bleeding time in drug abor- tion.Methods:Sixty patients were equally randomized into 2 groups:the control group received routine medicine for inducing abortion,and the treatment group re- ceived mifepristone combined with QD,and received QD for another 5 days after the embryo sac was discharged.Results:The incomplete abortion rate,vaginal bleeding time and volume,as well as the rate for urine HCG turning negative were much im- proved in the treatment group as compared with the control group(P<0.05).There existed insignificant difference in menstruation recovery time between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Quyu Decoction has an effect on decreasing incomplete abortion rate,shortening vaginal bleeding time and redueing bleeding volume in drug abortion,and has no side effect on menstruation.
