穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症69例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法:69例单纯性肥胖症以2组穴位交替治疗方法[第1组:梁门、天枢、水道(均双);第2组:中脘、水分、带脉(双)、大巨(双);2组均适当选取阿是穴。]观察1疗程和2疗程的临床疗效及对各项肥胖指标(包括体重、肥胖度、体重指数)的影响。结果:1疗程与2疗程临床疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。体重、腰围、臀围、腰臀比值、BMI 1疗程、2疗程与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);2疗程间各项指标比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线疗法治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效显著、方便易行。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut em- bedding therapy(ACET)for simple obesity.Methods:Sixty-nine simple obesity patients received ACET on two groups of acupoints alternatively:the fist group of acu- points including bilateral Liangmen,Tianshi,Shuidao,and the secood group of acu- points including Zhongwan,Shuifen,Daimai(bilateral),Daju(bilateral).Mean- while,some Ashi acupoint were also selectod according to the disease situation.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after one anti two treatment coure(s),and the effect of ACET on obesity indexes(including body weight,obesity degree,body mass in- dex)was also observed.Results:The difference of therapeutic effect was significant after one course and after two courses(P<0.05).Body weight,waist circumfer- ence,hip circumference,ratio of waist circumference and hip circumference,and the body mass index after one and two treatment course(s)differed from those before treat- ment(P<0.05).The differences of the above indexes were also significant between the different treatment course(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding therapy is effective for simple obesity,easy in performance.
