摘　　要：总结分析影响bNDA（核酸分支信号放大技术）检测质量的检测前、检测中及检测后的各种因素，提高检测质量。检测前要做好技术培训、仪器准备，要保持检测方法、样本种类的一致性。检测中必须根据bNDA试验特点及试剂的特殊性规范操作。检测后要注意分析试验成立的各个条件，所有条件在控时方可发出检测报告。Aggregate and analyzed various factors impact on the quality ofbDNA analysis before, during and after, to improve the quality of testing. Before detection we should do well in technical training、 prepare equipment and maintain consistency in types of samples, method of detection. It must be based on bDNA experimental features and particularity of reagents through detection to regulate operation. After testing, analyzed the various conditions for establishment of experimental, make sure all conditions in control that may be issued test report.
