摘　　要：阐述了工程施工期的施工过程和首次蓄水过程中安全监测的特点和难点,指出了施工期安全监测和实时分析评估以及加强施工期安全监测技术研究的重要性,提出了重视施工期安全监测的技术投入和经费支持的必要性。This paper expatiated the characteristic and difficulty of safety monitoring in construction and first water impoundment process, and emphasized on the importance of safety monitoring in construction, data analysis and research on safety monitoring technology. Finally, the idea that there should be more technology and outlay investment in construction safety monitoring was put forward.
