摘　　要：工业园区是培育产业集群的重要载体。文中论述了产业集群对促进区域经济发展新跨越的作用。文中对培育产业集群中需要解决的主要问题进行分析，阐述了培育产业集群与推进工业园区发展的路径选择。The industry garden area is cultivates the industrial colony the important carrier. In the article elaborated the industrial colony to promote the region economy to develop the new spanning function. In the article to cultivates the main question which in the industrial colony needs to solve to carry on the analysis, elaborated the cultivation industry colony and the advancement industry garden area development way choice.
