摘　　要：招标控制价在建设工程施工招标过程中是工程造价的最高投标限价,为防止投标人串通、恶意抬高工程造价有重要的作用,就运用中出现的几个问题作者提出了相应解决办法。The tender control price is the in the process of the tender of construction, to be in cahoots to raise the building cost of corresponding solutions to the problems which highest tender limited prices of building cost of projects it plays an important role in preventing the tenderers projects by an evil intention.
