冷藏陈列柜空气预冷器对食品温度的影响分析

摘　　要：以立式多搁架中温冷藏陈列柜为研究对象,研究空气预冷器对冷藏陈列柜所储食品温度的影响。试验结果表明:冷藏陈列柜使用减湿预冷器后柜内所储食品的平均温度降低了1.3℃,垂直方向上不同搁架区食品的平均温差降低了0.8℃,并且融霜时食品温度的回升也降低了0.8℃。因此,空气预冷器的使用,将有利于提高柜内所储食品的品质。Using a mid-temperature multi-shelf vertical display cabinet, the effect of pre-cooler on food temperature in display cabinet was investigated. The results showed that： the average temperature of the food was lowered by 1.4℃, the temperature difference between the first shelf to the fifth shelf was lowered by 1.5℃, and the temperature rise during defrosting time was lowered by 0.8℃. And this new desing could lead to improvements in food quality.
