摘　　要：基于可靠度分析的基本原理,根据开式齿轮的工作特点及主要失效模式,建立了卷扬式启闭机开式齿轮可靠度分析的数学模型,并结合工程实例进行计算分析。结果表明,可靠度分析方法克服了传统安全系数法的特点,可靠度指标式更为科学的安全指标。Based on reliability analysis, operating feature and failure type of open gear, the paper builds math model of reliability analysis for open gears from winch sluicegate hoist, carries out model analysis and calculation, The result shows that this reliability analysis can overcome disadvantages of classical safety coefficient method and the reliability index is more scientific.
