摘　　要：目的探讨尿道板纵切卷管法（Snodgrass法）在治疗尿道下裂中的应用。方法总结2000年2月至2008年2月我院收治的320例尿道下裂患儿的临床资料,其中第1次手术者294例,2次手术者26例。年龄1-13岁,平均4.65岁。均行Snodgrass尿道成形术。结果第一次手术成功275例,成功率为93.53%;二次手术成功22例,成功率为84.61%。手术时间40-90min,平均52min。术后发生尿道瘘10例,尿道口狭窄7例。结论Snodgrass尿道成形术手术操作相对简单,容易掌握,成功率高,适合阴茎头冠状沟型、阴茎体型、下弯不严重的阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂。对尿道成形失败者也是一种非常有效的手术方法。Objective To study the application of Snodgrass in the treatment of hypospadias. Methods From February 2000 to February 2008, 320 cases with hypospadias underwent Snodgrass treatment. The first operation included 294 cases and the second operation included 26 cases. The ages were from one to 13 years old （mean 4.65 years old）. Re- suits 298 cases were performed successfully. Urethral fistula occured in 10 cases and urethral orifice stenosis in seven cases postoperatively. The operation time was 40-90min （mean 52min）. Conclusions Snodgrass treatment is easy to perform and applied for hypospadias with coronal, corpus of penis and penoscorotal types with high success rate. It is also effective for patients failed in the urethroplasty.
