摘 要:介绍了淮南潘一矿第二副井措施巷揭煤时所设计的防突方案及具体实施方法。在施工中采用了预测预报、瓦斯抽放、震动放炮等四位一体综合防治突出措施,并加强组织管理工作,有效地消除了煤层突出的危险性,使巷道顺利地穿过煤层,取得了良好效果。四位一体综合防突措施在揭煤过程中的应用可供类似矿井参照实施。It' s introduced for the anti - process measures and specific implementation methods in the process of coal seam exposing, in the second auxiliary, shaft measures roadway in Huainan Panyi Coal Mine. Some comprehensive anti- process measures "four in one" are applied in the eonsturction, such as forecast, gas drainage, shock blasting etc. The organization and management work is enhanced. The danger of coal and gas out-burs is effectived eliminated. The roadways smothly passed through the coal seam, the good effect is obtained. Application of comprehensive control measures of coal and gas outburst can provid a reference for similar coal mines.
