摘　　要：杏花煤矿通过建立严格的煤质管理机制,实行三级煤质管理体系,制定整改措施,加强井下采、掘段队煤质管理,增加综合煤炭回收率,提高煤炭质量,提高洗煤产品回收率,增加了企业收入,树立了企业产品品牌。Xinghua coal mine through the establishment of strict management mechanism, Implementation of three coal quality management system, development of rectification and reform measures to strengthen the underground mining, coal excavation of the team management, integrated coal recovery rate of increase and improve coal quality, improve the recovery of coal washing products, an increase of corporate income, establish a product brand.
