摘  要:应用双螺杆挤出机及自行研制的拉伸分散混合装置,研究了不同强度的拉伸流场对PP/纳米CaCO3填充体系分散混合效果的影响,并采用SEM、WAXD对分散后的PP/纳米CaCO3填充体系进行了表征。结果表明,经拉伸流场分散混合后,填充体系中大部分的纳米CaCO3以原生粒子形态存在,且形成的β晶型对提高填充体系的韧性起到了积极的作用;经拉伸流场分散混合后的填充体系,其拉伸强度及断裂伸长率都得到了较大的提高。The influence of variant elongation flow field density on the dispersion mixing of polypropylene (PP)/nano-CaCO3 was studied by means of home-made elongation mixer and twin-screw extruder. The PP/nano- CaCO3 filled system was characterized by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD). The results demonstrated the nano-CaCO3 dispersed more uniformly after experiencing an elongation flow field and most of the fillers existed as primary particles; the β crystal, which could not be present under the shear field, was also obtained and improved the toughness of the composite. The tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite were both upgraded.
