摘 要:在等熵流和准定常流假设条件下,采用集总参量法,建立了弹后高压火药气体通过小孔在弹体内气室与弹后空间之间流动的气体参数理论计算模型。理论模型与实验数据有良好一致性。理论研究表明,在发射过程中,膛内弹上气室压力能够达到弹后气体最大压力值,气室终止压力也存在最大值。气室工作压力可以在不大于弹后气体压力范围内改变。On the hypothesis of isentropic flow and quasi-steady flow, a model of gas parameters in the storage chamber is established by a method of the lumped parameters. The model involves that the propellant gases in bore of a gun pass a small-diameter orifice and flow into/from a storage chamber on the projectile. The calculations and the test data are in good agreement. The results are obtained. The numbers of propellant pressure in the chamber can reach the largest propellant pressure at the bottom of projectile. For the different geometrical coefficients of the chamber, the numbers of residual pressure in the chamber exist in a maximum as the projectile moves forward in bore of a gun. The work pressures of the chamber vary with the geometrical coefficient of the chamber within the range of largest pressure at the bottom of projectile.
