摘 要:使用单纱强力机和纱线条干均匀度仪测试了12种纱线的拉伸性能和条干均匀度,研究了夹持器隔距、拉伸速度、纱线干湿情况以及预加张力等参数对测试指标的影响程度,对比分析了汉麻纱和其它纱线的性能差异。结果表明,与其他纤维的纱线相比较,汉麻纱线强度和强度不匀都较大,伸长率很小,伸长率不匀偏大;汉麻纱吸湿后,强度有所增加,强度不匀率变化很小;隔距、拉伸速度对强度指标有一定影响,预加张力对测试结果影响很小。汉麻纱线的粗节、细节、棉节和CV值均明显高于其他纱线。The tensile property and the yam evenness of 12 kinds of yams were tested by using single strand strength tester and yam evenness tester. The effect of some parameters, such as gauge, tensile speed, the humidity of yams and the pre-tension on the testing results was researched. The performance difference between hemp and other yams was contrasted. From the result, it is concluded that, comparing with other yams, hemp owns higher strength and strength irregularity, tiny percentage of elongation and bigger elongation irregularity. The strength is enhanced and the strength irregularity is almost unchanged after water was absorbed. The testing gauge and the tensile speed have some influences on the strength and the pre-tension has little influence. The slub, thin place, nep and the CV value are all much higher than that of other yams.
