尖吻蝮蛇蛇毒血凝酶与可溶性止血纱布在创面止血上的联合应用

摘　　要：目的:评价尖吻蝮蛇蛇毒血凝酶与可溶性止血纱布联合应用的止血效果。方法:取84只小鼠及14只日本大耳白兔,分别经静脉注射蛇毒血凝酶或生理盐水0.5 h后手术,以可溶性止血纱布作创面止血材料,同时血凝酶涂布止血纱布,以小鼠剪尾试验法和兔肝脾创面止血法比较各组止血效果。结果:血凝酶无论注射还是外用,联合止血纱布能缩短创面出血时间约56%。结论:尖吻蝮蛇蛇毒血凝酶和可溶性止血纱布联合应用能明显缩短创面出血时间,止血效果优于单独使用。Objective：To evaluate hemostatic effects of the combination of haemocoagulase from Agkistodon acutus venom and soluble styptic gauze. Methods： 14 Japan big ear rabbits and 84 mice were injected with haemocoagulase or saline by intravenous, respectively. 30 rain later, small portion of liver and spleen of the rabbits were resected to create bleeding wound. Mice tails were cut also 30 rain after injection. Soluble styptic gauze coated with venom haemocoagulase, soluble styptic gauze and common gauze were used to stanch, respectively. The bleeding time of these wounds were calculated for comparison between different groups. Results：Soluble styptic gauze combined with hemocoagulase whether by injection or external application could shorten about 56% wound bleeding time. Conclusion： The combination of haemocoagulase from Agkistodon acutus venom and soluble styptic gauze can significantly reduce the wound bleeding time. Hemostasia effect of their combination was better than that of single use.
