摘  要:目的:研究醋丙甲泼尼松龙曲尼斯特硅凝胶膜对兔增生性瘢痕的治疗效果。方法:用新西兰大耳白兔24只建立增生性瘢痕模型,均分3组予以不同的处理(空白对照组、硅凝胶膜组、醋丙甲泼尼松龙曲尼斯特硅凝胶膜组),平行观察,作免疫组化检测TGF-β、α-SMA,并作家兔原发性皮肤刺激试验。结果:醋丙甲泼尼松龙曲尼斯特硅凝胶膜组对TGF-β、α-SMA的抑制作用强于空白对照组和硅凝胶膜组(P<0.05)。家兔原发性皮肤刺激试验阴性。结论:醋丙甲泼尼松龙曲尼斯特硅凝胶膜对兔增生性瘢痕的治疗效果优于硅凝胶膜,对兔皮肤无刺激性。Objective:To compare therapeutic effects of silica gel sheeting (SGS) with methylprednisone aceponate and tranilast (MT) on hyperplastic scar in rabbits. Methods: After the models of hyperplastic scar in New Zealand rabbits were established, they were divided equally into 3 groups with different treatments (the control group, SGS group and MT - SGS group) for hyperplastic scar and observed simultaneously. The levels of TGF - 13 and a - SMA were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Rabbit idiopathic skin stimulation test was also performed. Results:The expression of TGF β and α- SMA were more inhibited in MT - SGS group than those in other two groups (P〈0.05). Rabbit idiopathic skin stimulation test was negative in MT - SGS group. Conclusion: MT SGS is more effective than SGS in the treatment of hyperplastic scar and has no skin stimulation in rabbit models.
