摘  要:采用硬度和三点抗弯强度研究了用自蔓延燃烧合成SiC-Si3N4复合材料的力学性能。实验结果显示,当SiC质量分数为15%时,复合材料性能较好。同时比较了上述复合材料与同样质量分数的机械混合粉制备的SiC-Si3N4陶瓷材料的机械性能。结果显示,混合粉制备的复合材料性能优于直接合成复合材料的性能。The hardness and three points bend strength of SiC-Si3N4 composite materials with different SiC content which were made by the method of self-propagating combustion synthesis(SHS) were investigated. The results showed that the properties of SiC-Si3N4 composite materials with 15% SiC (mass fraction) were significantly superior compared with the one of others. The mechanical properties of SiC-SigN4 materials with the same SiC contents, prepared with the .mixing powder of SiC and Si3N4 were compared with the one of materials from SHS. It was also indicated that the properties of the SiC-SirN4 materials made from the mixture powder showed slight higher than those of one made from SHS powder.
