摘  要:纳米结构Al_2O_3、TiO_2、SiO-2、SiC粉体经过合理的预处理,经制浆并喷雾干燥,得到微米级粉体,然后将制备出的粉体进行1100℃烧结。着重研究实验条件对粉体制备的影响,利用扫描电镜观测粉体的形貌,通过XRD检测烧结前后物相的变化。结果表明:在喂料制备过程中发现,粉体的松装密度和搅拌时间是成两段线性关系,不同的喷雾造粒温度对粉体形貌有重要的影响。在250℃制得的粉体内部部分中空、结合强度高、球形度好。粉体经合适的温度烧结后,没有新物相生成,是适合等离子喷涂的纳米喂料。Through the proper pretreatment,the nano-structured Al2O3, TiO2,SiO2,SiC powders were reconstituted to micron by slurry forming and spray drying. The reconstituted powder was sintered at 1 100 ℃. The influence of experimental conditions to prepare of powder, The morphology of powder was observed by SEM, and the change of phase befor and after sintered was analysed by XRD. The experimental results showed that the relationship of stirring time and free holding density retained two part linearity in the process of feedstock. The forming of powder was significantly effected by the different spray drying temperature. Comparing with powder prepared at other temperatures ,the powders that were prepared at 250℃ maintained hollow partly, high intensity and well sphericity. The powder that was not new phase after sintered at suitable temperature possess nano-structure and adapt to plasme spraying.
