摘　　要：分析了莱钢铁路运输组织工艺的现状,调整了流程,优化了运输组织工艺,提高了运输效率,增加了运输收益。Based on an analysis of the present situation of organizational process of railway transport in Laiwu Steel Group, the technological process was adjusted, transport organizational process optimized, thus improving transport efficiency and increasing transport income.
