摘　　要：对提高1880m^3高炉图拉法粒化轮使用寿命的工作过程进行了总结。分析了影响粒化轮使用寿命的因素,采取提高材质与热处理工艺、加强沟头砌筑等过程控制、进行冷却系统改造等措施,取得了良好效果。The working course of the extension of the service life of 1 880-m^3 blast furnace Tulafa granulation wheel was summarized and factors influencing its service life analyzed. Measures such as elevating material quality and heat treatment technics, ditch head building and the alteration of cooling system were taken, showing good results
