NIDDM患者肺通气功能和气道阻力的研究

摘　　要：采用体积描记仪法，对76例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行了肺通气功能及气道阻力测定。结果示患者在通气功能测定时有FVC．FEV1.0、MVV、FEF25～75％、V50等降低，气道阻力测定时有Raw、SRaw增高，SGaw降低。提示糖尿病患者随病程延长，病变加剧，在其他脏器发生病变的同时，肺脏也受到损害，出现肺功能减退。主要表现为限制性通气功能阻碍及小气道阻塞。同时吸烟可加速糖尿病患者的肺通气功能损害及呼吸动力异常。The authors studied the venti lation function and airway resistance using the BodyPlethysmography in 76 cases of Non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) patients (40 femalesand 36 males), and 66 cases of healthy subjects (30 females and 36 males). The ventilation functionwas impaired as testified by the red-uction of the parameters as FVC, FEV1. 0, MVV, FEF25~75% and V50.The airway resistance test showed that the Raw, SRaw increased, and SGaw the decreased This points outthat in the NIDDM patients, in deve-lopment of the disease, as the course lengthens and the lesionsexaggerate, the lungs are injured simultaneously with the other visceras, manifestd mainly bythe obstacle of restrictive ventilation function and small airway obstruction. In the meantimesmoking may promote and quicken impairment of the lung ventilation function and the abnormalities ofthe respiration dynamics of NIDDM the patients.
