热击处理对黄瓜种子无菌播种萌芽的影响

摘  要:用35~65℃恒温水浴对津春5号、新白玉、津研4号3个品种的黄瓜种子进行热击处理15~40min,结果表明45℃,20min处理津研4号种子的萌芽率明显升高,达到95%,平均株高和健壮度均较好;而45℃,30min处理津春5号与新白玉种子的效果较好.浸泡(8h)加热击(20min,45℃)依次处理以上3个品种的黄瓜种子,其萌芽率分别达到68.3%,74.7%和97.7%.表明适当温度和时间的热处理可以提高黄瓜种子的萌芽率.Three different varieties of cucumber seeds were treated with heat shock under the water temperature from 35-65℃ for 15-40min. It was found that germination rate of Jinyan No. 4 cucumber seeds increased considerably to 95 % under the temperature 45℃ with the heat shock for 20min, and the average height and sturdiness of these plants were also rather good. While the other two varieties(Jinchun No. 5 & Xinbaiyu) need to be treated under a temperature of 45℃ with the heat shock for 30min if a satisfying result is wanted of them. The germination rates reached 68.3% ,74.7% and 97.7% respectively after the three varieties of cucumber seeds were soaked in water for 8h, and then treated by heat shock under the water temperature of 45℃ for 20min. The experimental results show that the germination rate of cucumber seeds improves if they are subjected to a proper duration of heat shock under a proper temperature.
