自制吊带经闭孔尿道中段悬吊术治疗压力性尿失禁疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自制吊带行改良经闭孔尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床效果。方法:50例中、重度压力性尿失禁患者采用聚丙烯网片自制吊带行改良经闭孔无张力吊带尿道中段悬吊术,观察手术情况及术后效果。结果:50例患者手术均成功。平均手术时间11.5±10.1min,术中平均出血量19.9±14.4ml;平均住院7.5±3.3d;无手术并发症发生。随访6-36个月,47例完全治愈,3例有效,有效率100%。无远期并发症,无复发病例。结论:聚丙烯网片自制吊带尿道悬吊术治疗压力性尿失禁疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of modified middle-segment urethra suspension by transobturator vaginal tape inside-out （TVT-O） with gynemesh in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence （SUI）. Methods： A total of 50 cases with moderate or severe degree of SUI treated by modified middle-segment ureter suspension TVT-O procedure from August 2005 to December 2007 were studied omtra- and postoperatively. Results： All cases were operated upon. The mean operation time of operation was 11.5 ±10.1 min. The average blood loss was 19.9±14.4 ml. The mean time in-hospital was 7.5 ±3.3 d. No complications happened among all of the operations. All 50 cases were followed up from 6 to 36 months, with 47 cases completely cured, and 3 distinctly improved. The effective rate was 100%. No long-term complications ocured. Conclusion： Middlesegment ureter suspension by modified TVT-O with gynemesh was an effective method for female SUI.
