九牛造根中苯丙素类成分的分离及鉴定

摘　　要：目的研究九牛造根中的苯丙素类化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析和葡聚糖凝胶柱层析分离纯化技术,通过理化性质和波谱特征分离并鉴定化合物。结果分离并鉴定了3个苯丙素类化合物:3-甲氧基-4-羟基反式苯丙烯酸正十六醇酯(Ⅰ),短叶苏木酚酸乙酯(Ⅱ),3′(S)-当归酰氧基-4′(S)-千里光酰氧基凯林内酯(Ⅲ)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中得到,其中化合物Ⅲ为首次从大戟科中分离得到。Objective To study the phenylpropanoid constituents from the roots of Euphorbia hylonoma Hand-Mazz. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and the structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical properties and spectral data. Results Three phenylpropanoid constituents were isolated from the acetone extracts of the roots of Euphorbia hylonoma Hand-Mazz,which were hexadecyl-3-methoxy-4-hydroxybenzeneacrylate Ⅰ,ethyl brevifolincarboxylate Ⅱ and（＋） 3′-angeloyl-4′-isovalerylcis-khellactone peuformosin Ⅲ. Conclusion The above compounds were isolated from Euphorbia hylonoma Hand-Mazz for the first time,and the compound Ⅲ was the first obtained from the Euphorbiaceae.
