蛴螬对实验性视网膜静脉阻塞兔HSP70表达的影响及意义

摘　　要：目的观察蛴螬对实验性视网膜静脉阻塞兔HSP70表达的影响。方法采用激光光凝视网膜中央静脉造模,免疫组化法观察兔HSP70的表达。结果2组均造模成功,蛴螬组HSP70表达的平均光密度值较其他各组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论蛴螬对实验性视网膜静脉阻塞有保护作用,其机制可能与HSP70表达增强有关。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of grub on expression of HSP70 in the ischemic retina. METHODS The experimental retinal vein occlusion was induced by laser, and in this model the expression of HSP70 in the retina of rabbits was observed. RESULTS The RVO model had established successfully in the two groups. Group C had higher expression of HSPT0 of the average optical density than other groups, and the differ- ence was significant（P〈0.01）. CONCLUSIONS Grub had protective effect on vein occlusive retina of rabbits, and its mechanism may be relevant to stimulating the expression of HSP70 in the retina.
