摘　　要：目的:测定O型悬浮红细胞ABO抗体效价,探讨未交叉配合O型悬浮红细胞紧急输注的安全性和可行性。方法:采集100份O型全血,分离制备成悬浮红细胞和血浆制品,测定全血、悬浮红细胞储存第1、7、14 d时的IgM、IgG抗A、抗B抗体效价,并进行比较。结果:全血IgM抗体效价主要分布于4～128,IgG抗体效价主要分布于16～256;悬浮红细胞IgM抗体效价主要分布于4～32,IgG抗体效价主要分布于8～128,与全血相比均明显下降(P<0.01)。悬浮红细胞储存第1、7、14 d间抗体效价虽有所下降,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:O型悬浮红细胞的ABO抗体效价较低,推断其未经交叉配合的紧急输注也是安全的。Objective： To determine the anti-A/B antibody titers of group O red blood cell units（RBC）,and to evaluate the safety and feasibility of urgent transfusion of uncrossmatched group O RBC.Methods： Whole blood was collected from 100 volunteer blood donors and fractionated into RBC and plasma units.The anti-A/B antibody titers in whole blood and RBC of 1-,7-and 14-day storage duration were determined and compared.Results： The IgM anti-A/B antibody titers in most of the whole blood samples were between 4 and 128,and the IgG antibody titers between 16 and 256.Correspondingly,the antibody titers were decreased significantly in most RBC（P〈0.01）,in which IgM antibody titers were between 4 and 32,and IgG antibody titers between 8 and 128.However,no significant changes of antibody titers were observed among the 1-,7-and 14-day RBC.Conclusion： The anti-A/B antibody titer in group O RBC was relatively low,which led to the inference that its urgent use without crossmatching assay might be safe.
