Effect of nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney herbs on the changes of bone metabolism and bone mass in the hydrocortisone-induced osteoporosis rats

摘  要:目的观察纳米钙补肾中药对氢化可的松诱导骨质疏松大鼠骨代谢及骨量变化的影响。方法氢化可的松15mg/kg肌注,隔日1次连续8w,诱导建立骨质疏松大鼠模型,纳米钙补肾中药每日上午灌胃1次,连续8w后检测骨密度,血清骨代谢指标及骨形态计量学指标。结果纳米钙补肾中药组与模型组相比骨密度增高了14.19%(P<0.01),血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)的含量降低了74.60%(P<0.01);血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血清磷、血钙含量,分别升高了43.84%、5.74%、26.96%(P<0.01),骨小梁面积百分数(%Tb.Ar)、骨小梁厚度(Tb.Th)、骨小梁数量(Tb.N)分别增加了48.46%、51.34%、6.02%(P<0.01);骨小梁分离度(Tb.Sp)降低了4.04%(P<0.01)。结论纳米钙补肾中药对氢化可的松所致的大鼠骨量减少有明显的对抗作用。Objective To investigate the effect of nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney herbs on the changes of bone metabolism and bone mass in the hydrocortisone-induced osteoporosis rats. Methods Hydrocortisone 15 mg/kg were injected every other day for 8 weeks to establish the osteoporosis model of rats. Nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney herbs were gavaged once daily for 8 weeks, then we detected BMD, bone metabolism, bone mass and bone histomorphometry static indicators. Results Nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney herbs group compared with the model group, the BMD significantly increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; serum TRAP level was significantly lower ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; serum ALP levels, serum phosphorus content and calcium content, obviously increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; percentage of trabecular bone area ( % Tb· Ar), trabecular thickness (Tb·Th) and trabecular bone volume (Tb" N) significantly increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; bone trabeeular separation (Tb· Sp) was significantly lower ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Nanometer calcium combined with tonifying kidney herbs has a prevention role on hydrocortisone-indueed osteoporosis.
