摘　　要：目的研究白细胞介素-6(IL-6)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)营养状态的影响。方法用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测39例稳定期COPD患者(分为营养不良组20例,非营养不良组19例)和20名正常人的血清IL-6。结果COPD营养不良组血清IL-6显著高于非营养不良组,两组BMI差异有显著性,各组内血清IL-6与BMI呈显著负相关;非营养不良组与正常组间的BMI差异无显著性,但IL-6的差异有显著性。结论COPD患者的营养状态与血清IL-6水平有一定关系,IL-6增高可能导致COPD患者病情加重和营养状态恶化。Objective To investigate the change of serum IL -6 level in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） and to evaluate their roles in the pathogenesis of COPD. Methods The levels of serum IL - 6 in 39 patients with COPD and 20 healthy control subjects were detected by ELISA. Results The level of serum IL - 6 in malnutrition group was higher than that in other two groups, and the level was connected to the serious condition of disease. Conclusion IL - 6 takes part in the inflammation activity and can worsen the level of nutrition in patient withCOPD.
