摘　　要：目的:了解住院病人口服药物的使用现状,为临床合理用药提供参考意见。方法:随机抽取我院2008年1,2,3月中某日住院病人口服药物医嘱执行单1322人次,对口服药物不合理使用的现象进行统计分析。结果:住院病人口服药物不合理使用率占7.34%,其中缓控释制剂使用不合理和降糖类药物服用时间不合理所占比例较高,占63%。结论:住院病人口服药物的不合理使用应引起临床医务人员的重视。Objective：To review the condition of oral drug use in our hospital and provide references for rational drug use in clinic.Methods：1 322 doctor＇s order papers from January to March in 2008 were randomly selected for a statistical analysis in respect of the irrational use of oral drugs.Results：The irrational utilization rate of oral drugs occupied 7.34%.Of which the irrational use of sustained and controlled release drugs and the incorrect time for taking hypoglycemic drugs occupied 63%.Conclusion：The irrational use of oral drugs should be paid attention to.
