日照市实行网络直报前后医院传染病疫情漏报情况分析

摘　　要：[目的]调查了解网络直报前后医院传染病疫情漏报情况,为今后的传染病报告工作提供理论依据。[方法]对日照市2003年(传染病疫情网络直报前)和2007年(传染病疫情网络直报期间)各级医院传染病疫情漏报调查资料进行分析。[结果]各种传染病漏报率2003年为18.75%,2007年为8.00%(P<0.01)。其中法定报告传染病漏报率2003年为12.50%,2007年为1.73%(P<0.01);非法定报告传染病漏报率,2003年为31.25%,2007年为22.18%(P>0.05)。三级、二级、一级医院2003年漏报率分别为13.33%、16.67%、28.33%(P>0.05),2007年漏报率分别为1.43%、6.67%、18.33%(P<0.01)。[结论]日照市传染病疫情漏报率实行网络直报后低于直报前,直报前漏报率随着医院级别的增高而降低。[Objective]To investigate the status of infectious disease missing report before and after direct network report in hospital, provide theories basis for future infectious disease report work. [Methods]Data of infectious disease missing report before and after direct network in hospital were compared. [Results]The rate of infectious disease missing report in 2003 was 18.75% ,it was 8.00% in 2007（ P〈0.01）. Among them the rate of notifiable infectious disease in 2003 was 12.50% ,it was 1.73% in 2007 （P〈0.01）, the rate of non- notifiable infectious disease was 31.25 % in 2003, it was 22.18% in 2007（ P〉0.05）. The rate of infectious disease missing report in first, second and third class hospitals was 13.33%,16.67%,28.33% in 2003 （ P〉0.05）,it was 1.43%,6.67% ,18. 33% in 2007 （ P〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The rate of infectious disease missing report was lower after the implementation of direct network report than it was before, the rate of missing report decreased along with the increase of hospital class before the implementation of direct network report.
