摘　　要：海洋渔业在广东海洋经济中具有举足轻重的地位。近年来，广东海洋渔业紧紧围绕“渔业增效，渔民增收”目标，加快了结构调整的步伐，取得了显著成效。伴随《中越渔业协定》的执行和海洋渔业资源开发利用向深层次推进，资源性、结构性、效益性等矛盾日益显现，在相当程度上制约着广东海洋渔业的持续健康发展。本文较为系统地剖析了广东海洋渔业存在的主要问题，并提出了加快广东海洋渔业又好又快发展的对策。Marine fishery plays a key role in Guangdong marine economy. In recent years, marine fishery in Guangdong Province has accelerated its adjustment and made an obvious achievement with an aim of enhancing the fishery and enriching the fishermen. However,as the implementation of Sino-Vietnamese Fishery Agreement and the increasing exploitation and utilization, problems from resources, structure and effectiveness,etc, become more and more serious,which to some extent, restricts the sustainable development of marine fishery. This work gives a systematic analysis on the main problems of marine fishery in Guangdong Province and puts forward some countermeasures.
