摘　　要：美国海军将指挥与信息基础设施(NCII)作为其网络中心战(NCO)的实施构架。本文介绍了NCII功能性体系结构,分析了网络层次结构和特征,讨论了战术数据链的集成与应用,以及战术数据链的发展如何满足网络中心作战的要求。The naval command and information infrastructure（NCII）will become the enabling framework for network-centric operations（NCO） of US Navy. In this paper, the functional architecture of NCII is introduced, and network layer structure and features are analyzed The integration and application of tactical data link, and how the development of tactical data link will meet the requirements of network-centric operations are discussed.
