摘  要:分析了金属分层板大幅度提高的可行性,提出了用数控机床完成金属层板切割、采用焊接和金属板材组装相结合的连接方式成型的方法有效提高成型零件的强度和加工效率,最终获得具有较高精度和强度的金属功能零件。A new LOM technology based on upwards of 5 mm slice is put forward. It is possible that the thickness of each layer is increased maximally by analysis. The contour machining of metal slice is performed with CNC machine tool and the connection of metal slices is accomplished with both vacuum solid pressure heat diffusion weld and assembling metal slices. The metal function part that has higher precision and strength is obtained finally that the intensity and processing efficiency of the part are raised effectively by taking these measures.
