摘　　要：矫直机下排小工作辊微调装置投产后反复出现调整机构丝杠全部扭断故障,直接影响生产。为了保证矫直机的正常使用,发挥应有的功能精度,对微调装置的斜楔机构和下辊微调装置行程电气控制下极限位置以及操作台显示器画面进行了改造和完善,效果明显。The control mechanism screw has broken after bottom small work roll inching devices of leveler started of eperation. In order to guarantee the use of leveler, the wedge adjusting equipment and the electrical installation limit position of the bottom roll inching device and the display screen of operating desk were improved.
