摘　　要：本文论述了将常规地籍图转换为数字化地籍图的原则和方法，并选择了3km2集商业、工业、住宅等混合型区域为试验区，对数字化仪采集的坐标数据与原解析坐标数据和新实测坐标数据进行统计分析，得出界址点、地物点点位中误差分别为4．23cm和5．53cm，符合《城镇地籍调查规程》的精度指标。In this paper. the basic principle and the method of the transform of the convention cadaster to digital cadaster are discussed. Testing site (3km2) is a complicated one, which covers the areas for business,industry, residence etc. Through the statistic analysis of the coordinate date collected from digitizer with the original analytic data and the newly surveyed data, the standard error for boundary limiting point and the object point are 4. 23cm and 0. 53cm respectively, which conform to the precision indexes of 'Regulation for the Urban Cadastral Surveying'.
