摘 要:施工过程中沥青混合料离析是导致路面早期破坏的重要原因。根据离析的不同表现形态,采用Bailey混合料理论的级配控制原理和现场试验的方法,研究了原材料、搅拌设备、摊铺设备及卸料运输等环节对混合料变异性的影响。分析、探讨了离析的产生机理和原因,在实体工程中研究了材料的变异性、搅拌器的拌和均匀性、振动筛的筛分效率以及搅拌设备计量系统的误差对混合料离析的影响。结果表明:根据离析的表现形态可以分析判断其成因与机理,为预防与控制混合料离析提供依据。During the process of construction, damage of asphalt pavement. According to the different forms of segregation, with use of gradation control principle of Bailey asphalt mixture theory and the scene test method, the influence of material, mixing equipment, paving equipment, and transportation, etc. on mixtures variability was analyzed and the mechanism and reason of segregation were discussed. The effect of material variability, mixing homogeneity of mixer, screening efficiency of screen and the measuring error of the mix equipment measuring system on the segregation of asphalt mixtures were also analyzed. The result shows that the forms of segregation can be used in analyzing and judging the forming cause and the mechanism of the segregation. The research provides a foundation for preventing and controlling of mixtures segregation.
