摘  要:目的:超声检查评价强化治疗对颈、股动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)和肱动脉内皮功能的影响。方法:新诊断2型糖尿病患者111例,给予强化治疗1年,用Acuson128-xp10彩色多普勒超声诊断仪观察治疗前后颈、股动脉IMT和肱动脉内皮功能的变化。结果:强化治疗后颈动脉IMT显著减低,肱动脉血流介导的血管舒张功能明显改善;股动脉IMT和内皮非依赖性血管舒张无明显变化。结论:高频超声能反映2型糖尿病动脉粥样硬化血管形态结构和功能的变化,并且能动态监测动脉粥样硬化的消长改变,是对2型糖尿病动脉硬化性病变进行诊断、随访评估干预治疗效果的有效检查方法。Objective:To evaluate the effect of intensive therapy of on intima-media thicknes (IMT) of common carotid or fem oral arteries and endothelial function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes with ultrasonography. Methods: Tontally 111 patients (duration of diagnosis with diabetes≤l years) without atherosclerosis were designed to undergo the targeted intervention, in eluding the controlling of blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid and body weight, and taking aspirin as well. The relationship was evaluated between the status of metabolic control and endothelial function or IMT of common carotid and femoral arteries after one year treatment. Results: The IMT of the carotid artery was significantly less than baseline, flow-mediated dilation(FMD) increased significantly, whereas the IMT of the femoral artery and endothelium-independent dilation had no significant difference between before and after treatment. Conclusion: High-resolution ultrasonography has the advantage of displaying the vascular changes from function to structure in patients with type 2 diabetes, it also can monitor progression or regression of atherosclerosis. High-resolution uhrasonography is useful and convenient in the diagnosis of the vascular diseases in type 2 diabetes.
