摘 要:建立了一套热量计,用于吸热型碳氢燃料及其模型化合物在超临界条件下的吸热能力测定及裂解机理的探索.测定了正庚烷和JP-10在不同温度和压力下的热沉数据,结合色谱分析结果讨论了压力、温度等对热沉、气相产物分布的影响.测得正庚烷在873K,3.4MPa条件下的热沉为3.14MJ·kg-1,JP-10在903K,3.2MPa条件下的热沉为3.08MJ·kg-1,对应的热裂解转化率分别为32%和4.7%,该热沉值可以达到速度为5~6马赫数的飞行器的冷却要求.A calorimeter was set up to determine the heat sink and to investigate the mechanism of thermal cracking of endothermic hydrocarbon fuels under supercritical conditions. The thermal cracking of n-heptane or JP-10 was studied under different temperatures and pressures, and the corresponding data of heat sinks were obtained. Incorporating with the analyses from gas chromatography, the effects of the temperature or pressure on the heat sink and distribution of gaseous products were elucidated. The heat sink was 3.14 MJ·kg^-1 for the thermal cracking of n-heptane at 873 K and 3.4 MPa, and 3.08 MJ·kg^-1 for that of JP-10 at 903 K and 3.2 MPa with the conversions of 32% and 4.7%, respectively, which could meet the cooling requirement of aircrafts at 546 Mach number.
