摘  要:偏振探测技术已经成为一种重要的探测手段,其机理研究对红外偏振探测的实际应用和结果分析具有重要的理论指导意义。综述了偏振产生的机理,如反射、热辐射和散射,分析了物体的表面特性如粗糙度、色泽和电导率等对光的偏振特性的影响,并借助多人的实验加以辅证。发现当入射角等于布儒斯特角时,反射光的线偏振度达到最大值;多次散射使光的偏振方向不断偏转,经统计平均后降低了反射或散射光的偏振度;亮的粗糙表面的反射光以多次反射为主,表现出较小的线偏振度;通过检测反射光偏振角的相位差可以确定目标是金属还是绝缘体。The technique of polarization detection has already become an important method of detection, and the research of its mechanism is important in the application and the analysis of the result of the infrared polarization detection. The mechanism of polarization formation was summarized. Reflection, thermal-radiation and scattering, which would cause polarization respectively, were listed as the examples.The effects of surface characters on polarization,such as roughness,luster and electric conductivity,were also studied.The linear polarization degree of the reflected light reached maximum when the incident angle was equal to the Brewster's angle. The multiple scattering causes the deflexion of the polarization direction, which would reduce the polarization degree after statistic average. The reflected light of the bright and rough surface has a small linear polarization degree because of multiple reflections. The phase difference of polarization angle of the reflected light between the metal and the insulator is different, so they could be partitioned by detecting the polarization angle of the reflected light.
