摘  要:480×6制冷长波红外探测器是新一代光电装备的核心器件,其测试结果能为新一代光电装备提供设计参考数据。480×6制冷长波红外探测器需要至少9路模拟偏压和3路数字信号,才能正常工作。其模拟视频信号输出为16路信号。偏压精度不高或者采集通道之间微小的噪声差异会大大影响测试的精度。88μV的系统电噪声会对D*值带来13.8%的误差。设计了低噪声的480×6长波制冷红外探测器的测试接口电路,编制探测器工作所需要的模拟偏压和数字时序信号,采用4路低噪声采集模块采集探测器4路输出的30×120的图像。编程读出SAS系统*.srs测试文件中的测试数据,对像元进行排序,得到120×120的图像。重复4次,得到480×120的图像。首次完成了480×6制冷长波红外探测器的测试,其D*测试结果为2.726×1011Jones,与3年前的测试结果只有13.8%的偏差。480×6 cooled longwave infrared detector is the key part of the new generation optronic equipment and its test result will provide parameters for the design of the new generation optronic equipment. 480×6 cooled long wave infrared detector needs at least 9 biases and 3 pulses to work and it has 16 channels of video outputs.Non-high-enough-accuracy biases and the little noise difference between acquisition channels will affect the test accuracy deeply.88μV electrical system noise will add 13.8% relative error to D^*. The low-noise test interface board of 480×6 long wave cooled infrared detector was designed and the biases and pulses that the detector needs were programmed. The 30×120 pixels image of four outputs of the detector was acquired by the four acquisition channels. A software was programmed to read the test data in the ^*.srs file of SAS system and sorted the order of the pixels. A piece of 480×6 cooled long wave infrared detector was tested for the first time. The D^* test result is about 2.726×10^11 Jones whose difference is about 13.8% compared with that of manufacturer 3 years ago.
