摘　　要：本文讨论"的"与"的"字结构的最佳分析方式。出发点是各个成分的句法作用,以及成分之间的句法-语义关系,重点是如何正确地运用形式句法的短语结构,准确地表示"的"字结构内部的句法-语义关系。This paper is an attempt to find an adequate analysis of de construction.The basis of the analysis is the syntactic function of and the semantic relation among the internal elements of the de construction.The emphasis is on how to represent the de construction with the X-bar phrase structure appropriately and correctly.
