摘 要:通过试验方法对椭圆管换热器与螺旋折流板换热器和传统的弓形折流板换热器进行了壳程传热性能和压降的研究,同时进行了壳程传热性能和压降的对比。从试验数据处理中得出,椭圆管换热器的传热系数虽然不高于采用圆管作为换热管的螺旋折流板换热器和弓形折流板换热器的传热系数,但其单位压降下的壳程传热系数却远远高于螺旋折流板换热器和弓形折流板换热器单位压降下的壳程传热系数。This article studied the heat transfer character and the pressure loss in the shell side of the elliptic tube heat exchanger and the helical baffle heat exchanger and the traditional bow - shaped baffle heat exchanger through the experiment. Comparing with heat transfer character in the shell and pressure loss among them, we draw a conclusion that the heat transfer performance of the elliptic tube heat exchanger is not higher than that of the helical baffle heat exchanger and the bow - shaped baffle heat exchanger that adopt circular pipes as heat exchanger pipes. However, the shell heat transfer coefficient of the elliptic tube heat exchanger under the unit pressure loss is much higher than that of the helical baffle heat exchanger and the bow- shaped baffle heat exchanger.
