摘　　要：在总结前人工作基础上，结合作者近几年来1：5万活断层地质填图获得的野外新资料，就1668年郯城地震断层有关的几个有争议的问题进行了讨论，提出了一些新的认识。这些问题包括1668年地震断层的展布、断层的粘滑段和蠕滑段、断层的破裂机制、断层的滑动行为以及断层的分段等。Based on summarizing the researches of predecessors and combining with our new data obtained by1: 50000 geological mapping in the past few years, we discussed several controversial problems relatedto the seismic fault of the 1668 Tancheng earthquake (M = 8 1/2) and put formards some new understandings. These problems include the distribution of the 1668 seismic fault. stick - slipping and creepslipping fault segments, fault fracture mechanism, slip behavior of seismic fault and fault segmentation.
